For over fifty years D. Hittle & Associates, Inc. Electrical and Consulting Engineers have been serving the Pacific Northwest providing cost effective engineering solutions for utilities, commercial and industrial installations. DHA is recognized as a leader in client service.
We are diverse in experiences, an integrated team meeting the needs of a changing market-place. Located in both Kennewick and Lynnwood, Washington, the DHA professional staff includes registered professional engineers, electrical consultants, and electrical designers.

We are proficient in substation design, with over 30 successful projects including specifications and inspection service. DHA’s team knowledge and expertise consistently save the client money. We have designed over 350 line miles of transmission and distribution lines. Services include appraisal, inspection and staking.
